3. Process to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

○ Your order number.
○ A description of the issue. If applicable, include photos of damaged or
incorrect items.
2. Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return
address and further instructions
3. Reaction Reporting: If you are reporting a reaction to a product, you must submit a
report from a doctor appointed by us. Returns for reactions will only be accepted if
reported via email to info@www.glowawaypigmentation.co.za.dream.website within 7 days of
receiving the product. Failure to do so will void the return eligibility.
4. Refunds
● No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be issued as store credit only, which can be used
for future purchases.
● Refunds (as store credit) will only be processed once the returned product is
received and inspected.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is
finalized.
● Note: Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our
part.
5. International Returns
For customers outside South Africa:
● Customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returns are the customer’s
responsibility.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost
packages
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different product, please
request a refund (if eligible) in the form of store credit and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email
info@www.glowawaypigmentation.co.za.dream.website with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a
replacement or refund (as store credit) as quickly as possible.

We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. Refunds will only be provided in the
form of store credit to be used on future purchases.
2. Reaction Reporting
● Returns due to adverse reactions will only be accepted if a reaction report from a
doctor appointed by us is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
● Without this report and timely communication, no returns or refunds will be
processed.
3. Social Media Policy
If you receive discounts or promotional offers from us, you agree that Glow Away
Pigmentation has the right to use your photos on any platform for marketing purposes for
as long as we see fit.
4. Results Disclaimer
● While we strive to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific
outcomes, as skincare results vary from person to person.
● We cannot guarantee that you will not experience a reaction, as this depends on
individual sensitivities.
5. Product Usage
● Products are for external use only and must be used as directed by the professional

6. Limitation of Liability
● Glow Away Pigmentation is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or
damages caused by the misuse of our products.
